Position responsibilities and essential duties

Product strategy and vision:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Identify and drive innovation and differentiation in AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Develop products that boost efficiency, personalization, and automation for SMBs.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering, to ensure alignment and gather insights for product enhancements.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release and GTM, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, ROI, and business impact.
Market and competitive analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Artificial Intelligence, Ad Tech and MarTech space.
- Use market insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
Customer focus:
- Champion a customer-centric approach, gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product launch and marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
- Provide input for marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
- Own product adoption and success metrics to validate meaning impact for new features.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years product management experience, with 3+ years in AI or machine learning products.
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals (strategy, user focus, systems thinking, user adoption, business impact, influential communication, and go-to-market planning).
- Technical and business acumen in Data Normalization, LLM's, Generative AI, Data usage limitation and AI driven personalization.
- Experience driving product transformation initiatives.
- Inspire and mobilize teams, data-driven approach, passionate about customers and developers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative development.
- Product definition expertise with high quality requirements, user stories, and manage scope and scalability.
- Help the teams move forward swiftly with rigor, focus on speed and collaborative decision-making, remove roadblocks, set vision, and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
