Programmatic Trading Manager

Programmatic Trading Manager is to provide in-depth technical support to our internal and external clients. The Programmatic Manager will monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions, including assessing performance, average clearing price and optimizing accordingly.


  • Provide excellent client service and technical support to our programmatic demand clients
  • Assist clients with PMP setup, troubleshooting, and prepare campaign reporting and analysis
  • Build strong client relationships with proactive, thoughtful, and poised communication
  • Contribute, handle or manage all aspects of programmatic campaign implementation, management, and cross-promoting
  • Determine root causes for customer successes and failures
  • Monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions, including assessing performance and optimizing accordingly
  • Proactively up-sell additional targeting strategies
  • Lead or assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members on optimizing and enhancing campaign performance, addressable technology, and media concepts
  • Create and contribute to technical documents and FAQs to document new developments and best practices

Candidate Profile:

  • BE/BSc in technical sciences or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • 3-5 years of digital/online advertising and technical account management experience with a digital/mobile ad sales platform or a DSP
  • Experience with online media buying and selling processes
  • Strong technical aptitude and comprehensive understanding of the technologies within ad tech including ad serving (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), rich media, search management, video, mobile, RTB, google analytics, AdWords, programmatic buying, ad exchanges, and data targeting
  • Experience with programmatic and DSP platforms Knowledge of DCM and various third-party ad serving platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot with DSPs and trading desks and drive resolution from ad calls and responses SaaS platform experience: The Trade Desk, SiteScout, AppNexus, DataXu or like Demand Side Platform; Salesforce; BlueKai, Excelate, Proximic or like Data Provider; other AdTech platforms
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to convey technical concepts for non-technical clients or partners to understand
