Team Leader -
Quality Management Lead oversees and works with the Quality Control Team in ensuring that all work outputs meet quality standards required by the client. Acts as the liaison between quality control team and operations. Responsible for the daily administrative tasks such as creating reports and attendance and behavioral monitoring.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Minimum of 2 years in supervisory/ team leader role
- Knowledge in continuous improvement methods
- Experience in conducting process control and implementing process control improvement
- Must have analytical, organized and meticulous consulting skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
