Role Responsibilities:
- Work with GoDaddy teams to determine training needs
- Design and develop the content understanding the client requirements and also understanding the knowledge, skills and behavior of our existing employees.
- Deliver New hire trainings and Veteran revisits
- Plan and schedule training sessions
- Design and implement training programs and revisits
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Maintain and share data- Attendance, assessment scores, employee extensions in the training
- Collate feedback and publish on time
- Support and train in, Live assist/ on the job training phase of the employees.
- Communication with the top management and Manila teams as well.
Background Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor in BCom/BA/BSCBS
- 2 years’ experience in training
- Expertise in Intermediate level in WORDPRESS, WEBSITE DESIGN, PHOTOSHOP
- Expertise UX/UI tool- WIX or FIGMA
- Excellent and experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Expertise and experience in the eLearning and Virtual learning platform especially Adobe captivate
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

- Research and update personal knowledge and skills digital marketing, print and online
- Create a content structure and flow
- Content design includes design and develop intervention to build knowledge and skills
- Build competitive quizzes and assessments
- Facilitation
- The ability to deliver the content with passion and enthusiasm
- The ability to make it simpler and profound
- Training must include exercises and activities that helps a person get an experience and therefore trainer must be able to create the content in manner which has examples, stories and exercise and also a simulated environment for participants to work on.
- Communication
- Excellent writing verbal skills required
- Ability to connect with the various teams- in India, Manila and US
