Business Information, Order creation, and more can be sent via API from client systems. Other methods are being explored to provide customers with alternative options to automate.
Titan API
AX works with all customers to determine the best integration configurations via API, to ensure that all needs are covered where ordering is concerned. Our knowledgeable technical team will work every step of the way with your teams to ensure the best outcome for your sales organization.
If there is no API or alternative connection, a user can enter orders manually using the Titan UI or Proposals using Advisr. The goal at AX is to provide solutions no matter the technology present at our customer’s organizations. The simplified order entry mechanisms ensure that your sales team is not bogged down with too many button clicks with just the necessities needing to be filled in.
At AX we understand the fast pace with which your teams are working. Evolving and consolidating the workflows for easier UX is the main focus, to aid sales and our customer experiences. By providing a streamlined User Interface, searchable database, and full-time Helpdesk Support, your users will have everything they need right at their fingertips. Where any questions or issues arise, we are here to help via our integrated ticketing system.
As the production work occurs within the AffinityX environments, we are constantly streamlining and improving the workflows to better suit your needs. Ensuring that both of our teams can operate as quickly and effectively as possible is Job #1 for us. Whether it be providing your order materials, submitting proof corrections or making approvals, we are focused on providing the easiest way possible to do business with us.
AX knows that one of the crucial elements to offering the services we do, is to be able to do so reliably and consistently. Your teams will be able to depend on AX being on time with deliverable expectations and SLAs. Our backend workflow system for production users is where all of the order build work, SLA tracking and reporting occurs.AX is continuing to evaluate, adjust and develop production workflows to ensure proper effectiveness and accountability for AX users at every stage of the process.
As every order gets completed by one of the AX production users, there are several internal checkpoints to ensure that all deliverables have been completed as requested by our customers. Beyond just the raw production tasks we have teams of Proofreading, Quality Control, and Campaign Management Specialists reviewing all aspects of your order prior to delivery so that you receive as accurate a product as possible before you even get notified of them being ready.
Proofs and Output files specific to the order item are delivered back to Titan for user approval. There will be increased attention to the notifications, process and procedure here, so that customers have a more streamlined and friendly experience.
AX will set up all of your campaign tactics within each serving platform you use. We will also take steps where possible, to work with those vendors on possible automation for creating all of the tactical items in the order. By working to automate these processes it will streamline the work being done and allow for a faster more accurate process from order entry to fulfillment.
The AffinityX Ad Operations team will setup and activate the tactic within the specified ad platform.
Detailed campaign reporting is available in Tapclicks. AX is reviewing the development possibilities, to allow for basic reporting to be sent into Titan within the campaign tactics themselves, for more cross-visibility. This will allow your sales teams to see the current state of each tactic and creative, in both systems, so they don’t always have to navigate away from one to the other. For more detailed and granular reporting needs, all users will be given access to tapclicks and the suite of reports available there.
Our AESB production platform has been interfaced via XML feed with all major front-end booking systems in the newspaper industry so that when creatives of all kinds are ordered, they show up directly in our interface. This production platform allows for real-time status updates and tracking for all of your users from Sales all the way to pagination or fulfillment. This is a fully web-based system accessible to all of your users worldwide, with an active internet connection. Communicating to the AX team when there are changes to creatives is particularly important to getting creatives built fast and accurately. AX has integrated the Ziflow proofing software into its AESB Portal UI so that all ad types can be marked up using their dynamic toolset. Whether it be print ads, Web Static, Animated, Video, Websites, or HTML5, the Ziflow proofing tools give your sales team an easy way to communicate all changes needed so that AX can produce the best advertising possible for your customers.
As part of all new customer onboardings, AX will work with your internal IT group to set up delivery mechanisms for pagination and fulfillment. Each time a creative is approved, the file types that you specify are needed will be delivered and managed within your existing fulfillment systems. AX can even set up native file delivery for archiving and storage if requested.
