Functional Trainer - AUdX

Job Description:

  • Work with AudX teams to determine training needs
  • To be able to conduct an independent training of Digital Marketing.
  • To be able to train on online marketing strategy and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Should have fair knowledge of concepts like CPC, CPM, DSP (programmatic) etc.
  • To be able to customize and deliver course material to both New Hires and Veterans depending upon their existing understanding of the topic
  • Delivering online demo sessions to the in-class audience as and when required.
  • To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space.
  • To monitor progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap
  • To create and evaluate PKTs, Pre, and Post - test to measure the impact of courses delivered
  • Design and implement training programs and revisits
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Maintain and share data- Attendance, assessment scores, employee extensions in the training
  • Collate feedback and publish on time
  • Support and train in, Live assist/ on the job training phase of the employees.
  • Update the training and material to incorporate the changes in the training and be relevant
  • Communication skills and ability to deliver course material with full confidence and vigor for sessions ranging from 2 to 4 hours
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, Digital Media or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably through working in an agency
  • Desired skills: SEM / SEO, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Training and Development, Mobile Marketing, Web Analytics.
  • Familiar with all Social media sites and platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working experience in the analysis of data and reporting.
  • Instructional design Research and update personal knowledge and skills digital marketing, print and online.
  • Create a content structure and flow.
  • Content design includes design and develop intervention to build knowledge and skills.
  • Build competitive quizzes and assessments
  • Facilitating the ability to deliver the content with passion and enthusiasm.
  • The ability to make it simpler and profound.
  • Training must include exercises and activities that help a person get an experience and therefore the trainer must be able to create the content in a manner which has examples, stories and exercises and also a simulated environment for participants to work on.
  • Communication - Excellent writing verbal skills required
  • Ability to connect with the various teams- in India, Manila and US.
