AffinityX, the leading provider of white-label creative and marketing services for companies that serve SMBs, today announced that it has named Tymothe Meskel the Director of Programmatic Sales. In the new role, Tymothe is responsible for demonstrating how media organizations can offer end-to-end programmatic advertising programs to their SMB advertiser clients for sustained advertising revenue growth.
Tymothe, a 10-year digital advertising veteran, arrives at AffinityX from Mekanizm Industries, a digital media consulting agency. He has held several leadership roles in advertising sales and strategy, including Senior Director of Digital for The Denver Post and Senior Director of Channel Partnerships for AdTaxi, Digital First Media’s digital agency.
At the Denver Post, Tymothe was directly responsible for digital sales, operations, client services, account management and product development. While there, he increased digital ad sales from flat to year-over-year growth rates of 22% and was instrumental in rebuilding the team’s digital organization, maintaining profitability and execution objectives while streamlining operations and nearly tripling headcount.
Tymothe has successfully launched digital programs in more than 65 markets throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Western Europe and Australia, and trained more than 1,500 sales and operations professionals.
