Associate Manager - Programmatic
Job Description:
- Leading a team of 15 plus resources (Ad Traffickers / Campaign Managers / Account Co-ordinators).
- Strong Ad Operations campaign management Expert in Programmatic Advertising
- Hands on experience in set up and optimization on more than one digital platform - TTD, Simplifi etc
- Knowledge of the Programmatic buying process
- Expert in Data Analytics and Presentation skills
- Monitor global industry trends to identify opportunities for the newest ad formats, bidding methodologies to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, VCR, etc.
- Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively
- Track global spending across platforms, monitoring, and document shifts in campaign allocation
- Report on and present the display campaign strategy and performance regularly to key stakeholders
- Implement process on how to effectively manage the client’s campaign budgets in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers
- Responsible for all digital media campaigns management and coordination including campaign set up, Upskill team members by identifying training needs for the team on a periodic basis.
- Strong understanding of the campaign measurement metrics associated with online advertising, including conversion tracking metrics.
- Manage key deliverables for the client and report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the client.
- Campaign requests are addressed in a timely and prioritized manner.
- Meet and exceed client contractual key deliverables and expectations.
- Work closely with the Ad Operations team to enhance team performance and introduce industry-based best practices.
- Schedule weekly and monthly business reviews with your immediate supervisor discussing performance and key metrics of the team.
- Lead capacity management for the team including bringing efficiency to improve the productivity of the team.
- Contributing to escalation management for clients and internal stakeholders by performing thorough RCA and CAPA
Key Skills:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and accountability of performance of clients digital campaigns
- Assist in creating digital strategies for clients
- Optimize and assist in enhancing workflows and technology experience for clients
- Strong understanding of the campaign measurement metrics associated with online advertising, including conversion tracking metrics and discussing the same with clients.
- Upskill Ad Operations team for your accounts by identifying training needs
- Manage campaign SLAs and Quality metrics for your accounts
- Strong Ad Operations knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Deep understanding of campaign management workflow and best practices.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to the team.
- Advanced knowledge of 3rd party Ad platforms.
- Expert in Data Analytics.
Profile Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any field is mandate.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken; ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English
- Proven team management, prioritization, and team training skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and Advanced knowledge of 3rd party Ad platforms
- Experience: 7+ Years of experience in a Digital and 2+ years of Managing a team.
- Platforms: Relevant exposure to - Ad servers, DSP, SSP, DMP, Social Platforms, and Search Engines.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and see through the implementation and execution phase.
- Quality Management: Proven track record in optimizing quality metrics by introducing industry-standard processes and guidelines. Six Sigma certified preferred.
