Job Overview:

The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Media Planners, Ad Traffickers, Optimizers, and/or Sales Coordinators to manage day-to-day operations. He/She will work with the Digital Design Team (Ad Ops) throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development, and implementation of campaigns/orders. Also, oversees the production process and acts as liaison between clients, internal and external sales representatives, managers, and other cross-functional departments.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, mobile or related environment (DSP)
  • Experience in developing and implementing various digital advertising strategies
  • Must have solid understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting and data collection methods.
  • Knowledgeable on agency and publisher advertisement tags, performance metrics for advertising campaigns, scheduling and reporting preparation.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities
